Our client is a reputable O&G commodities trading company with operations across multiple markets. They are currently looking to hire a Trade Finance & Operations Executive. This role will be responsible for end-to-end commercial operations including invoicing, accounts receivable management, credit administration, customer onboarding, trade documentation, month-end closing, and coordination with trading, operations, and finance teams.
Responsibilities- Maintain and update daily market information including MOPS pricing reports.
- Coordinate with Trading, Operations and Finance teams.
- Prepare and issue invoices for delivered cargoes, ex-wharf sales, bunkering transactions and mooring services.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up overdue payments.
- Manage customer credit limits and maintain credit-related records.
