Trade/ International Trade Analyst (Santa Catarina)

The Trade Compliance Analyst is responsible for gathering, monitoring, recording and analyzing trends, results, and making recommendations related to IMMEX program management. The Analyst will provide guidance on procedures, policies, scheduling, demand management and share with colleagues as appropriate, drawing on personal knowledge of all relevant Mexican import/export regulations, tariffs, duties, licenses and restrictions. Responsibilities include executing FTA solicitation and qualifications, ensuring necessary compliance documentation, and explaining rules of origin for FTAs signed with Mexico to internal colleagues, with strong knowledge of IMMEX management program.

• Ensure trade compliance with organizational policies and applicable local, national, and international regulations.


• Assist in executing import/export strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and requirements.
