Role Summary:
As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you will create and share compelling stories with our customers, providing key insights into how shopper behaviors influence our categories. Serving as the category expert, you will deliver insight-based, engaging presentations that highlight growth opportunities and build strong customer relationships based on thought leadership. In this role, you will scorecard and supervise the execution of the 5Ps to ensure commercial success. By leveraging category analysis, shopper insights, and analytical tools, you will drive impactful solutions for Colgate and our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and supervise retailer event strategies, alongside building 5P (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion & POP) strategies tailored by retail environment.
