Trade Sales and Service Apprentice
We’re looking for enthusiastic, proactive people to join our apprenticeship programme and become an integral part of our depot team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with trade customers in person and over the phone.
- Serve and sell to customers on the trade counter ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Gain product knowledge and advise customers on our kitchen, bedroom and joinery ranges, identify new sales opportunities and help drive depot growth.
- Apply principles of stock control and warehousing, maintain accurate stock levels and follow all health & safety regulations.
- Grow confidence and communication skills within a fast‑paced depot team.
- Receive support to complete a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship, including English and maths if required.
