SUMMARY
We are looking for a Trade Show Coordinator. The Trade Show Coordinator plays a critical role in executing Clear Touch and their affiliate brands' national event strategy. This position supports the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of 100+ trade shows and events annually, working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless brand representation. This position will travel up to 60% of the time. This position will be a “road warrior”, prepping, setting up, and running our trade shows onsite. Clear Touch operates its own event warehouse and showcases large-format displays (32”–98”) and hands‑on physical work, essential components of the position, to assist in setting up for events and some prep work.
