Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Trade Spends Accounting team and monitor daily performance.
- Set team goals, deadlines, and productivity standards.
- Review and perform reclassification of accounting entries.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Manage and upload Incomplete Collection Remittance Reports (Inc CRRs) in the TS3 Portal.
- Investigate and resolve deduction issues; elevate when needed.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with other finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Recommend and support automation or process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.
