Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end
trade execution
for base metals (e.g., copper, aluminium, zinc), from contract to settlement Prepare, review, and manage
trade documentation
, including contracts, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documents Liaise with
traders, counterparties, banks, warehouses, and logistics providers
to ensure seamless operations Handle and monitor
letters of credit (L/Cs)
, payment terms, and banking documentation Track shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and resolve any operational issues Maintain accurate trade records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements Assist with
