Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end trade execution for base metals (e.g., copper, aluminium, zinc), from contract to settlement
- Prepare, review, and manage trade documentation , including contracts, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documents
- Liaise with traders, counterparties, banks, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure seamless operations
- Handle and monitor letters of credit (L/Cs) , payment terms, and banking documentation
- Track shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and resolve any operational issues
- Maintain accurate trade records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and month-end closing activities
