Mid to Senior Trademark Associate
Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid to senior level trademark associate for its Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orange County, Seattle, Orlando, Denver, Cincinnati, Columbus or Cleveland offices. The salary for this position is between $225k to $260k.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in U.S. and international trademark portfolios, including conducting trademark prosecution and clearance searches, global brand protection, trademark counseling, licensing, and enforcement actions such as cease and desist letters, TTAB actions, UDRP disputes, foreign oppositions, and federal litigation.
- Experience managing global brand protection and trademark counseling.
- Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
