Job Description
Main Purpose Generate sustainable and profitable trading performance in bitumen/asphalt (primary) and base oils (secondary) across Asia and Australia, while supporting the regional strategy led by the senior trader and contributing to the scaling of Trafigura's global Specialties platform. Key Responsibilities Execute and manage profitable trades in bitumen/asphalt and base oils across regional and global markets. Own and actively manage P&L performance for the relevant portfolio, within the framework set by the senior trader. Implement risk management strategies aligned with desk direction and positioning. Take ownership of execution and delivery of agreed trading strategies across the regional book. Monetize optionality across logistics, freight, grades, blending, and quality differentials.
