About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned, entrepreneurial exhibition leader to join our team. This is a unique transition role designed for a high-performing professional who thrives on building things from scratch.
You will enter as the Validation Lead , focusing on the critical early stages of concept testing, blueprinting, and market viability. Upon successfully proving your capability and organizational fit within 3 to 4 months , you will seamlessly transition into the Project Director role, taking full end-to-end ownership and P&L accountability for two major tradeshows.
