Maintain thorough understanding and adherence to commodity contracts and associated obligations. Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and customers while ensuring internal alignment for contract finalization. Plan and execute shipments according to commodity contracts, including managing payments and receivables, such as Letters of Credit and DP/DA. Assist in cargo planning, including vessel nominations, shipping advice, insurance declarations, and the appointment of discharge port agents. Manage shipping documentation and payments, ensuring accuracy in invoices and shipping documents from suppliers. Timely issuance of provisional, preliminary, and final invoices as per contractual agreements. Oversee the settlement of accounts receivable/payabl...
