Responsibilities
- Support traders in their daily operations and handle incoming requests
- Monitor system stability and respond quickly to technical issues
- Manage tickets and work toward efficient incident resolution
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements
- Maintain and update internal documentation and the company knowledge base
- Propose process improvements to increase operational speed and efficiency
- Experience in Operations or Support roles
- Experience working in high-load environments requiring multitasking and fast response times
- English language proficiency at level B1 or higher
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
- Solid understanding of incident management and customer support principles
