Trading Services Analyst

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a Trading Services Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring the Corporate Action Events for the Foreign Investors holdings;
- Contact the Central Depositary to confirm the Corporate Actions’ details;
- Perform entitlement reconciliation against central depositary;
- Process the client´s instructions in order to participate in the Voluntary Events and Proxy Voting Meetings;
- Control the financial settlement for Foreign Investors considering Tax;
- Tax Calculation / collection
- Regulators / IRS ad hoc request
- Process and reconciliation of regulatory reports.
**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:
- Advanced / Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office package;
- MS Excel Advanced
- Team player;
- Meticulous, Attentive to details and organized;
- Focused in controls and deadline;
