Traffic Management Lead Operative

As a Traffic Management Lead Operative, you will play a key role in delivering safe and efficient work across the network—leading a team to install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
The Role
•Work as part of the highway maintenance operational team.
• Manage and direct a small traffic management team.
• Carry out and take responsibility for Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other equipment on low-speed roads.
• Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic signals including, two-way traffic control, up to multi-phase traffic control. Ensuring the units are installed correctly and that batteries are fully charged.
