Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (TITLE 32), Position Description Number NGD1922000 and is part of the TN ARMY National Guard. This vacancy is not eligible for membership to a labor organization. Responsibilities As a TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, GS-2130-09, you will support the DMC with the planning and execution of unit movements, and management of military convoys for all services moving within or passing through the state. Provide assistance in reviewing and validating Unit Movement Plans (UMP) and Unit Movement Data (UMD) prior to submission to US Army Western Hemisphere Command (USAWHC). Coordinates with the various State Departments of Transportation (DOT) to determine highway availability, restrictions, and permit requirements.
