- Plan, assign, and schedule tasks across production teams, ensuring workloads are balanced and timelines are realistic.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies after receiving briefs from Digital Account Managers.
- Communicate daily priorities, deadlines, and expectations during stand‑ups and team check‑ins.
- Track progress throughout the day, follow up on outstanding tasks, and adjust schedules proactively to accommodate changes or new priorities.
