The Driver Trainer is responsible for training, evaluating, and supporting commercial vehicle drivers to ensure safe driving practices, regulatory compliance, and efficient vehicle operations. The role includes hands-on driver training, vehicle issue analysis, on-road trials, and reporting training outcomes to management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and on-road training for commercial and heavy vehicle drivers
- Accompany drivers when required to analyze driving behavior, operational issues, or vehicle-related concerns
- Identify skill gaps and provide corrective and refresher training
