Job Description

The University of Helsinki Trainee Programme for International Master Students is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme.

We are now looking for a TRAINEE for the Department of Cultures!

Your main tasks as a trainee are assisting in e.g.

  • Event coordination: planning, coordinating, and organizing events for researchers, the students and the staff

  • Communication: updating instructions and developing the content for websites and social media pages to promote teaching and research conducted at the Department

  • Assistance with research publications: technical editing, bibliographies, and communicating with contributors 

  • Other support tasks: such as organising the library and archiving
