The role
We are looking for a Trainee Engineer for a Roads and Highways project based in Uthal, Balochistan, Pakistan. The candidate will support the engineering team in day‑to‑day site and office tasks, assisting in project execution and gaining hands‑on experience in civil engineering works.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in monitoring and inspecting highway works, including pavements, embankments, and bridges.
- Support site documentation and preparation of field reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for technical clarifications.
- Assist in material approvals and verification processes.
- Participate in site meetings and provide updates to senior engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
