Element has an opportunity for a Trainee / NDT Technician to join our team at our Dudley facility. This role involves performing dye penetrant and magnetic particle inspections within our plant to support production quality and compliance. Responsibilities
- Perform NDT inspections (dye penetrant and MPI) on-site at the Dudley plant.
- Accurately record, analyse, and report results in line with procedures and standards.
- Support production and quality teams with clear feedback on inspection outcomes.
- Maintain inspection equipment, tools, and records in good working order.
- Follow health & safety protocols and promote safe working practices.
- Participate in training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
