Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts is a privately owned main contractor with several operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Refurbishment, Housing, and Maintenance. We employ over 280 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland. As part of our 2026 Trainee Recruitment intake we are looking to recruit a Trainee Planner. Role & Responsibilites: Assist in Creating Tender Programmes and Schedules: Learn to use tools like Microsoft Project and/or Asta to support the creation of tender programmes and project schedules, with supervision and training. Maintain and Process Team Information: Help collect, organise, and manage information from team members, ensuring it follows a controlled process, under the mentorship of senior staff. Monitor Project Progress: Assist in tracking the progress of live sites and pre-construction phases by updating logs, attending meetings, and learning to use progress evaluation tools.
