About the Role
Venture-People are an award-winning organization operating in the Southeast, currently expanding into the Gloucestershire area.
We provide specialist support to individuals who have a complex need, including mental health diagnosis and/or autism spectrum disorder and/or forensic risk. Our mission is to work with a person-centered approach that can empower individuals to become as independent as possible. To achieve this, we strive to create bespoke solutions which deliver high-quality support and enable the individual to thrive outside of a hospital or other institutional setting.
As a trainee PBS practitioner, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst/UKBA [cert]. You will undergo training in the basic principles of behaviour analysis and learn about evidence-based behaviour intervention techniques.
