About the Trainee Program
Join Omya’s Trainee Program within the Industrial Excellence department and kick‑start your career in a globally operating industrial environment focused on digitalization, data management, and operational excellence. Over the course of 15 months, you will gain hands‑on experience in GIS (Geographic Information Systems), land and resource data management, while working with advanced tools such as ArcGIS and contributing to innovative digital solutions.
The program is designed to give you practical exposure to land asset management and modern technologies such as AI‑driven data processing. You will collaborate with international teams across multiple sites and gain valuable insights into the operational, environmental, and compliance aspects of mining and industrial processes.
