Embark on a rewarding career as a Trainee Territory Sales Manager with Ritchie Bros. This intensive 6-month training program prepares you for a successful future in sales.
You will gain hands-on experience working with a dedicated sales team. Over 6 months, you will learn essential skills, manage a multi-million-dollar territory, and complete a Sales Practicum. Travel is required 1-2 days per week for effective territory coverage, plus occasional training and auction attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop skills in territory management and pipeline planning
• Train in key selling techniques and relationship building
• Understand deal management and auction operations
• Acquire sector knowledge about heavy equipment
• Complete other assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
• 1 to 5 years’ structured sales experience
• Proven track record in meeting quotas
• Strong learning ability and work ethic
