Job Description
1. 协助客房部日常运营工作，包括客房清洁检查、布草管理、物品盘点及基础报表整理；
2. 在主管指导下参与宾客入住与退房支持、客房服务响应及客户反馈记录；
3. 学习并遵守酒店服务标准、安全规范及卫生管理制度，配合完成部门培训与轮岗实践。
1. 在校大学生或应届毕业生，专业不限，热爱服务行业，具备良好的沟通意识与学习能力；
2. 具备基本的中文读写能力及普通话交流能力，掌握基础办公软件操作；
4. 无传染性疾病，身体健康，能胜任基础体力劳动与服务性工作；
