About the Role We are looking for
Trainee Ship Brokers and Junior Ship Brokers
to support and grow our dry bulk chartering activities in the Asia Pacific market. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in shipping and chartering, who thrive in a fast‑paced, commercial environment and are keen to build a long‑term career in shipbroking. Key Responsibilities For Both Trainee & Junior Brokers Support chartering activities across the Asia Pacific dry bulk market. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with shipowners, charterers, operators, and commercial counterparties. Track freight market movements, vessel positions, and cargo demand prepare market updates and reports. Support pre‑fixture and post‑fixture processes, including documentation follow‑ups and operational handovers.
