Purpose
Deichmann is seeking a Trainee Store Manager to join on a full‑time, permanent basis. The initial salary offered is £30,500 per annum. After training, the role will support and hold stores on a planned or ad‑hoc basis in the area, including Crystal Peaks (base store), Sheffield, Chesterfield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster.
Ideal Candidate
This opportunity is suitable for a successful and ambitious Team Member or Supervisor who wishes to progress into Store Management. Candidates should be fully flexible with travel, have retail or related sector experience, be able to problem solve, think on their feet, and possess strong people, planning, and customer service skills.
