Crane Trainer
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training and practical hands-on instruction
- Use training aids (simulators, manuals, videos)
- Assess trainee competence via written tests, observation, and performance criteria
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- To be permanently working in UAE but will be required to travel to Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia
Qualifications
- Substantial hands-on experience operating cranes (usually 3–5 years minimum)
- Experience in operating various types of cranes (e.g., mobile, tower, overhead)
- Demonstrated experience in training or mentoring crane operators
- Understand different crane types, functions, components, and safety features
