Location: Hybrid
Compensation: £27,000–£32,000 per year
Responsibilities
To deliver high‑quality teaching, coaching, and assessment that supports learners to successfully complete their Level 4 and 5 Residential Childcare apprenticeship standards or employer‑based qualifications. The role will ensure all learners receive a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning journey, aligned to regulatory requirements and organisational values.
- Responsible for an agreed caseload of apprentices and employer‑based learners, providing them with high‑quality training, coaching, mentoring and assessment to achieve their apprenticeship standard, and/or associated qualifications, in a timely manner.
