Trainer – Auckland – 12 Fixed Term – Fulltime – Te Haeata/The Opportunity
As a Trainer, you'll play a key role in enabling our people to succeed through delivery of nationally consistent learning to the highest standard, reflecting best practice.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate approved group, one‑on‑one and ‘just‑in‑time' operational training programmes and initiatives to agreed standards and learning pathways for OSD business groups.
- Provide face‑to‑face, remote, and digital learning support.
- Create learning environments for participants that are conducive to learning and reflect adult learning principles.
- Conduct in‑course and post‑course evaluation activities.
- Support the development of resources for managers and staff.
- Assist with the development of structure, policy, processes and support mechanisms that will achieve the best results for training and facilitation in the workplace.
