As a Trainer for the BPO Mobility Account, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to new hires and existing employees.
- Develop and implement training modules
- Conduct training sessions
- Provide feedback and support to trainees
Requirements:
- At least a College Graduate of CEC, IT or any tech related courses
- At least 1 year Experience as a Trainer in BPO industry
- Experience in doing product specific training and/or upskilling
- Experience handling blended accounts
- Experience doing Training Needs Analysis is a plus
