Responsibilities
- Responsible for training delivery of approved training content, quality, and coordination for all new hire training
- Deliver our blended learning (virtual instructor-led training, and eLearning) classes and programs for new hires as necessary
- Manage and own batch upload to LMS to ensure capturing of new hire trainees. Completion of trainee surveys, quizzes, and tests with upload to LMS was needed or other compiling tools.
- Manage the logistics of learning and create an effective learning environment along with a report on testing results.
- Communicate with appropriate business owners, other trainers, managers, and management to ensure that all training is conducted on time and with sufficient resources and facilities.
- Responsible to expedite possible new hire attrition and flagging poor performance, misfit skills, or behavioral issues in training promptly.
