Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Trainer who is passionate about developing talent, driving performance, and creating engaging learning experiences. In this role, you'll be responsible for onboarding new hires, facilitating training programs, identifying skill gaps, and supporting continuous learning initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver new hire, process, culture, and skills development training programs.
- Design and update training materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources.
- Monitor trainee performance through assessments, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Partner with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure training effectiveness and readiness.
