Responsibilities
- Support the entire housekeeping team and pay close attention to detail to meet guest expectations and achieve high-quality service standards.
- Ensure and maintain tidiness of all public and back areas.
- Supervise cleaning of guest areas, hallways, and stairwells.
- Act as a departmental instructor with a priority on maintaining constant efforts toward team skill development and SOP refreshers.
