CONTRACT Training & Admin Coordinator - Central
Location: Raffles
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Duration: ASAP till End Dec 2026
No experience required as training will be provided
Salary (Based on Qualification)
Minimum Degree Holder – $15/hr
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end course registration, enrolments, confirmations and attendance tracking
- Coordinate training logistics including scheduling and venue bookings
- Prepare training materials, attendance sheets and evaluation forms
- Maintain and update learning records and training trackers
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers and external vendors
- Consolidate training feedback and generate basic reports
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination duties
