**SUMMARY** :
This position edits, audits, and updates training, focusing on contract compliance and providing the highest-quality training products for security personnel servicing contracts supported by the Federal Services Division (FSD). It is supervised by and reports to the Assistant Director of Training, Federal Services Division. **_**This position is an on-site position located at the corporate office in Chattanooga, TN**_**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Implement and deploy eLearning content based on the current and future needs of any FSD contracts.
+ Update Walden Security training forms as needed and modify required training documentation (e.g., checklists, sign-in sheets, forms, etc.) to ensure they are up to date.
+ Collaborate with Training Instructors to modify and update content and lesson plans as required to meet Federal contract requirements.
