Responsibilities
- As a Training Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Learning/Training Lead by designing, developing, and deploying training and performance support materials.
- You are expected to collaborate and be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design engaging and effective training materials that meet the needs of diverse learners with reference to Wave 1 training materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize feedback from participants to continuously enhance training delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
