Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Partner Onboarding & Training Manager to spearhead the onboarding, training, and development of Authorized Partners joining our firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an onboarding and training system that delivers a seamless experience for partners.
This role will also include content creation, collaboration with external institutes, and supporting marketing efforts to ensure all onboarding materials and training programs are effective and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
