JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement training programs and initiatives for trainees
- Attend training workshops to further expand skills and knowledge
- Discuss the products and services to the trainees
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training goals with company objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with background in aesthetic or beauty industry
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Training Officer or Branch Manager
- With strong teaching and mentoring skills
