Job Description

Provide consultative services to Top Management and collaborate with Business Units on the development and implementation of key organization strategies and training for creating and sustaining a high performing organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or other related courses;
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Training and Organizational Development management from large organizations;
  • Willing to work in Makati City
