This is a permanent position within the Training Services team. The Training Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Ministry and sector staff with their learning and development activities. The role is the first point of contact for training enquiries and provides guidance on the Learning Management System (LMS), Adobe Connect, and other learning‑related technology.
You’ll support colleagues and sector staff to navigate their learning journey – including induction, compliance training, course bookings, and training prerequisites.
You will work closely with the Training Services team and build strong relationships with staff across groups, helping ensure learning is accessible, timely, and well supported.
