Job Summary
Design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance service standards, food preparation, and compliance with regulatory requirements in F&B outlets. Monitor performance and maintain training records to support continuous staff development.
Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive training materials focused on service standards and food preparation to ensure consistent quality
- Deliver on-the-job coaching to new hires and existing staff on beverage brewing techniques, cash handling, and customer engagement to improve operational skills
- Train and monitor staff to uphold regulatory standards, including SFA hygiene requirements, ensuring compliance and food safety
- Conduct outlet audits and performance reviews to identify training gaps and implement targeted remedial programs to address deficiencies
