Summary This Training Instructor position is in Environmental Management services at the VA Medical Center, located at the Edward P. Boland VAMC Leeds, MA location. Responsibilities The incumbent serves as a Training Instructor providing on-going training service and instruction for EMS's Training Program. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develops and maintains training materials and curricula for multiple EMS courses to be presented to EMS staff. Makes recommendations for changes that involve substantive rather than procedural matters and obtains and adapts current instructional material. Evaluates training courses for EMS's training programs and works closely with senior specialists to evaluate courses to enhance EMS's overall training program.
