Understanding and experience with AI and automation.
Delivers established training courses using proven material, methods, and techniques.
Delivers training to small groups, teams, or organizations with predictable, though evolving, needs and expectations.
Develops and delivers training to either internal or external groups on topics including product installation, maintenance, operations, upgrades, desktop tools and technology systems, applications, client service, enterprise initiatives, etc.
Adapts training to meet specific client requirements and effectively drive onboarding and adoption.
Seeks out new and more effective training techniques, suggests, and leads enhancements to existing programs.
Owns training effort for new tools, technologies, and products in scope.
Delivers course material within a prescribed, yet, adaptable timeline based on business needs.
