Training Lead
6 month contract – £65 per hour (Inside IR35) – based in Bristol.
About the Role
As the Training Lead you will work alongside a market‑leading Defence and Aerospace company, supporting the design and creation of technical training materials, ensuring brand compliance and quality, and managing IP considerations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Subject Matter Experts as a technical training interface to support their training material design and creation.
- Support SMEs with technical interactions across the business to assist training material design.
- Ensure relevant training development processes are followed so that material is brand compliant.
- Maintain technical coherence and overall quality of Transfer of Knowledge delivery packages.
