Training Lead (6 month contract)
Based in Bristol. Offering 65 hours per week Inside IR35.
Role Overview
As the Training Lead, you will work alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company that is constantly growing and developing.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SME) acting as a training technical interface to support and guide their training material design and creation activities.
- Support SMEs with their technical interactions with the wider business elements in support of training material design and creation.
- Ensure relevant training development processes are observed to ensure developed material is brand compliant.
- Ensure technical coherence and overall quality of the transfer of knowledge delivery packages for each transfer element.
