Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Training Manager to join their client in Cape Town. As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that support the company's strategic goals and enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs, design and deliver training courses, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the training budget, coordinating external training resources, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Collate and submit annual Mandatory and Discretionary Grant Applications (Workplace Skills Plan and Annual training report) with Cathsseta
