A growing financial advisory platform is looking to hire a Training Manager to drive both product governance and adviser capability development across investment and insurance solutions.
This is a highly visible role partnering closely with leadership, compliance and distribution teams to shape training strategy, oversee product onboarding and support overall sales excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering structured training programmes for advisers and sales leaders
- Managing onboarding and review of investment & insurance solutions
- Conducting product due diligence and suitability assessments
- Designing blended learning initiatives across classroom, virtual and on-the-job coaching
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and governance standards
