Job Description
Job Purpose: To assess the current skill set within the business and to identify areas for improvement and further training. To take charge in development and implementation of learning interventions to improve productivity and elevate employee confidence levels. Training interventions should be aimed at improving employees' skill levels within the business and the overall performance of individuals within the business. The training consultant will also be responsible for updating and evaluating training content and aligning such with the goals of the business.
